The DIAsource 1,25(OH)2 Vitamin D ELISA is a competitive ELISA assay, based on the Gold Standard extraction methodology.
The assay shows superior sensitivity, precision and cross-reactivity profile to all other ELISA assays in the market. It shows a high correlation with other commercially available LC-MS/MS, RIA and CLIA assays.
The assay is provided in the breakable wells format to ensure an optimum use of the kit in all size laboratories.
A specific and fast protocol is validated for the automated application of 1,25(OH)2 Vitamin D ELISA measurement on the Stratec® Gemini open ELISA platform. The incubation with extracted samples takes place at 30°C for 1 hour. This protocol allows same day results and can also be used on other open ELISA platforms.
